Which homes are for sale right now?
The availability page is kept current from our sales board. Homes marked Listed are on the market with a price; homes marked Request pricing are the builder's and not yet listed, and Ray can give you pricing and timing on any of them.
Is there a garage?
The three- and four-bedroom homes have an attached, EV-capable one-car garage; a few homes in the next phase have two-car garages. The two-bedroom homes have street parking and no garage to pay for.
What are the HOA dues, and what kind of ownership is it?
Dues are $72 a month. The homes are condominium ownership with a public offering statement, which is standard for townhome communities in Seattle. Ray can walk you through the documents.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Shelter's patented Woof Deck, an outdoor space built for your dog, is available as an upgrade on select homes. Ask which homes can take one.
I have my own agent. Can they bring me?
Yes. Broker co-op is welcome; have your agent book the tour, or come on your own and we will walk you through ourselves.
